About the Image Resizer tool
The Image Resizer lets you quickly change the dimensions of an image by specifying a new width and height in pixels. It is ideal for preparing images for websites, thumbnails, profile pictures, and UI mock‑ups where specific sizes are required.
All resizing happens entirely inside your browser using the HTML5 canvas, which means your images are never uploaded to an external server. You can safely resize sensitive graphics or screenshots without leaving your device.
How to resize an image
- Upload an image using the file input at the top of the tool.
- Enter a new width and height in pixels. Leave one field blank to resize proportionally.
- Keep “Keep aspect ratio” checked to avoid distortion when only one dimension is specified.
- Click Resize Image and then download the resized PNG preview.
